하지만 바쁜 건 좋은 소식이죠? ㅎㅎㅎ

오늘 소개해드릴 작업은 BMW 750e 전체 PPF 시공입니다.

사용하는 필름은 더램 디오PPF (THE RAM DIO PPF)이며 현재 랩케빈은 경북지사를 담당하고 있습니다!

Long time no see! I've been so busy lately and wasn't able to post a blog.. sorry.

But it's good news to be busy, right? Hehe.

Today I'll be introducing you to BMW 750e full PPF installation.

The film used is THE RAM DIO PPF and WRAP KEVIN is currently in charge of the Gyeongbuk branch!

THE RAM DIO PPF는 한국에서 인증받은 필름입니다.

한국화학융합 KTR 인증센터에서 1000시간(약5년) 자외선 테스트를 걸치며

한국에서 황변율이 가장 낮은 PPF 필름으로 인정받았습니다.

물론 소비자에게 좋지만 시공자에게도 시공성이 좋아 선호하는 필름입니다.

THE RAM DIO PPF is a certified film in Korea.

It has gone through 1000 hours (approximately 5 yrs) of UV test at KTR (Korea Testing & Research Institute) and is recognized as the PPF with the lowest yellowing rate in Korea.

Of course it is good for consumers, but it is also preferred by installers because of its easy installation.

먼저 도어와 앞휀다 시공 과정입니다.

First, here is the installation process of the doors and front fenders.

다음은 본넷 PPF 시공입니다~

흰차에 PPF는 끝 마감이 생명입니다.

마감이 안쪽으로 안되고 밖에서 보이게 되면 추후에 끝 마감이 더러워져서 많이 보기 안 좋습니다.

랩케빈에서는 오래 타셔도 항상 깔끔하게 유지할 수 있게 최대한 디테일하게 시공을 하고 있습니다!

물론 아무 필름이나 다 이렇게 마감이 잘 되는 건 아닙니다. 디오PPF는 가능합니다!

Next is the bonnet PPF installation~

For white cars, the edges and corners are most important.

If the finishes are not done inside and can be seen from outside, the edges will get dirty over time.

At WRAP KEVIN, we are doing the corners and edges as detailed as possible so that you can always keep your car clean even if you ride it for a long time!

Of course, not all PPF have good finishes! DIO PPF is possible!

다음은 앞범퍼 PPF입니다.

상단부위까지 연결되어서 필름을 많이 사용해야 퀄리티가 나옵니다.

흰차는 먼지와의 싸움입니다.

물론 완벽하게 없을 수는 없지만 랩케빈은 최대한 노력해서 깔끔하게 시공해 드리니 믿고 맡겨주시면 됩니다~

Next is the front bumper PPF.

The bumper is connected to the upper part, so you have to use a lot of film to get good quality.

White cars are a battle against dirt and debris.

Of course, it can't be completely absent, but at WRAP KEVIN, we will try our best to install it neatly, so you can entrust us with the job.

다음은 뒷휀다와 루프 PPF 작업입니다.

테일램프와 C필러 크롬 몰딩은 탈거를 하여 작업의 퀄리티와 완성도를 높여줍니다.

Next are the rear fenders and roof PPF.

Taillights and C-pillar chrome trims are removed to improve the quality and completeness of the job.

트렁크 PPF입니다.

하단은 쉽게 잡을 수 있지만 상단은 더욱더 섬세하게 작업을 해야 고퀄리티 시공이 나옵니다.

Here is trunk PPF.

Lower trunk can easily be done, but upper needs to be more detailed for a high quality outcome.

외부 하이그로시와 실내 PPF는 재단기를 사용하여 퀄리티와 완성도를 높여 깔끔하게 시공해 드렸습니다.

Exterior gloss black trims and interior PPF was computer cut to increase quality and completeness.
